How an addendum comp homes?
I live in Arlington VA. E 22,205 to correct. Not far from the metro. I just finished a tour of the basement a lot of good size windows (all new and Anderson). The final part will be around 500 m² in total. No roof. A large room (multiple windows and exit), 10 x 14 bedroom (closet and 2 of Windows) and 6 x 8 bathroom (shower and tiled floor, double vanity and linen closet + 1 window). How much value does this global extension of the house. Is there a way to estimate the quantity of each part added when comping? For example, a full bathroom as described above in this area adds about 15k? Thanks for your help!
